How the yard works
- TCH makes the introduction
- There is no booking engine and no deposit. You enquire, the owner replies, and the two of you agree terms the way you always have. TCH keeps a record that the conversation happened.
- The hire agreement is yours
- Insurance, float, fuel, damage and who pays for a broken track are between two businesses. Settle them in writing before the machine moves, the same as you would with any hire company.
- Rates are as stated
- Every rate on this board was typed by the owner, excluding GST, apart from the listings marked as examples. Where a listing says “Rate on application” it is because nobody stated one. TCH never fills that in.
- Listings expire
- A listing drops off the board the day its window closes, so every listing not marked as an example is genuinely available. Certification and tickets are the owner’s to hold and yours to check.
