Our commitment
TCH should work for everyone who needs to find or list a trusted trade or business, including people using assistive technology, keyboard navigation, or screen readers. We're building accessibility in as the platform grows, not bolting it on afterward.
What's in place today
Every interactive element, including links, buttons and form fields, has a visible focus state for keyboard navigation. Form fields carry proper labels and error messages are announced to screen readers. Images that convey information have descriptive alt text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
Where we're still improving
This is a young platform and not every page has had a full accessibility audit yet. If you hit a barrier, whether a control that's hard to reach, text that's hard to read, or anything else that gets in your way, we want to know about it.
